✅ Part 1: Setting Up an Auto-Reply

  1. Log in to the Plesk panel.

  2. Go to the Mail menu.

  3. Click on the required mailbox (for example, info@yourdomain.com).

  4. Open the Auto-Reply tab.

  5. Check the box Switch on auto-reply.

  6. Fill in the fields:

    • Subject — the subject of the message (for example: "Thank you for your inquiry").

    • Message format — choose HTML or Plain Text.

    • Message text — the text of the automatic reply.

    • Send an automatic response to a unique email address no more than — limit how many times per day an automatic reply is sent to the same address.

    • Forward to(optional) forward a copy of the automatic reply to another email address.

  7. Click OK to save.

✅ Part 2: Setting Up Mail Forwarding

  1. In Plesk, open the Mail menu again.

  2. Click on the required mailbox.

  3. Go to the Forwarding tab.

  4. Check the box Switch on mail forwarding.

  5. In the field Forward incoming messages to the following email address(es): enter the address (or multiple addresses separated by commas) where mail should be forwarded (for example, yourname@gmail.com).

  6. Click OK.
